New boys in the band

We’re delighted to announce – albeit a little late for those who came to see us last Friday – that we have 2 new boys in the band

Our original “boy wonder” bass player – Robert Tingle – is now hard at work at Lancaster University. In his place, to keep the low end grooving and rocking in fantastic style is Nick Carey. Whilst not quite as young as Robert, Nick is still very much helping to keep the average age of the band down.

We also welcome a new “Rob” to the band – this time it’s Rob Edney who has taken up the mantle of lead, rhythm and lap steel guitar – not all at the same time.

Both new boys have been burning the midnight oil to get up to speed with our existing material – and proved their mettle at a gig last Friday where we had a fantastic response from a packed crowd at The Sir Tom Finney in Penwortham, Preston.

We are now looking to get some more gigs in the diary for 2016 and can’t wait to get back out there playing our Pink Floyd favourites
